Not Grief.

When pregnancy loss leaves you overwhelmed, disconnected, or wondering how life can change so quickly, I'm here to help you make sense of your grief and the life you never expected to be living.

Welcome.

Hi, I'm Darrell.

Counsellor, couples therapist, bereaved mother, and someone who understands how grief, trauma, and loss can change everything.

I'm a registered, experienced clinical counsellor, based in Mandurah, WA, and I operate a private practice where I support women, couples and families through the unique grief challenges following pregnancy loss, stillbirth and reproductive trauma.

This kind of grief rarely affect just one person. It often impacts relationships, communication, intimacy, family dynamics, and the way partners connect with one another - so my postgraduate training in Family and Relationship Therapy allows me to work with these broader relationship challenges, not just the grief itself.

Alongside this, my somatic training helps me understand how grief and trauma affect our emotions and nervous system, and how this shows up for us and for the people important to us.

But, most of all, I know what it feels like when life doesn't unfold the way you imagined and my personal journey through loss, grief and love is at the heart of the work I do today.

Warmly, Darrell .

You want things to feel lighter, but you don’t know how to get there.

Support for relationship trauma, anxiety, overwhelm, life transitions, burnout, and loss.  You do not need to have everything figured out before you begin.

.

You’re functioning, but underneath it doesn’t feel steady.

Pregnancy Loss, Stillbirth and Reproductive Trauma can be deeply painful and isolating. Your grief deserves recognition and care.

You don’t have to work this out on your own.
